Cactus Communication mainly has two brands : Lifesscience and Editage .The main role of the life sciences division is to provide the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies with technical writing support.
The main role of Editage division is editing English text , editing scientific research work for academies, universities, private health professionals and etc.Users are divided across these 2 brands .
Trainings Include Induction trainings like Company bankground, HR policies followed by process training like Editing , Language training etc .
Detail assessments will also be carried out .
In assessment the user will send his completed version of Editing which will be evaluated by trainer in subjective evaluation feature in Disprz .
L&D team will also give users (from brands ) training content for Behavioural and leadership skills .HRMS(Success Factors) integration with be done for single sign on and user management .
